John Carmack is a gaming god. There is no other way to describe him. So when he speaks, we listen... and he just spoke a lot about RAGE on the iOS.

His post, as usual, is very technical in regard to the development of the game. But even if 'geek-speak' isn't your thing, you should be fascinated by the details on what RAGE is going to be like on iOS. Here's a hint: it won't be a straight port.

While he doesn't mention it in this post, Mr. Carmack has since tweeted that RAGE WILL show up on the Android but it will NOT show up on Windows Mobile 7. Something about how C++ is not supported on that platform or...well...we don't really know, we stopped paying attention once he mentioned Windows Mobile 7.
